Therapy is a space to slow down, get honest, and better understand yourself. I provide trauma-informed therapy for adolescents (11+) and adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

My work is grounded, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more steady in daily life. Many of the clients I work with appear capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected underneath. In therapy, we slow down, explore patterns, and build greater clarity, balance, and self-trust.

Ashley Gamble, LCSW

Who I often work with:

I often work with individuals and couples who are carrying significant emotional weight beneath the surface. Many are managing stress, relationship strain, burnout, major life transitions, or the quiet exhaustion of always being the one holding everything together.

Others come to therapy wanting to better understand relationship patterns such as miscommunication, emotional disconnection, distrust, conflict, or difficulty feeling secure and understood. Some are also doing deeper work around anxiety, attachment, identity, self-worth, or the ways past experiences continue to shape the present.

How I Work:

As a trauma-informed therapist, I move at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Together, we focus on emotional safety, self-awareness, and practical tools that help you feel more grounded and in control. You are always in control of what you share and when.

My approach is relational, attachment-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in evidence-based care. Sessions are collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to your goals. This is not about fixing you. It is about helping you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in yourself.

Sessions are offered virtually through secure telehealth, allowing therapy to fit more thoughtfully into the realities of daily life.

What Clients Experience Over Time:

Over time, many of my clients begin to notice positive shifts in their quality of life, including:

  • Greater emotional clarity

  • Reduced overwhelm and mental fatigue

  • Improved communication in relationships

  • Stronger boundaries and decision-making

  • A deeper understanding of themselves

Take a deep breath. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. When you are ready, to take the next step, we can schedule our first session and do this together.
